Rather than documenting media exposure, it records how these practices and ideas have been understood and interpreted through the perspectives of others.

単なる掲載実績ではなく、FUSHIを形づくる実践や考え方が、第三者の視点からどのように読み取られ、解釈されてきたのかを記録していきます。

KIDZUKI
KIDZUKI traces Yoshiyuki Makino’s work through FUSHI HOUSE, research into wood, local materials, and inherited practices. The article brings these different activities together as an ongoing exploration of how people can make use of wood while continuing to live in relationship with it.
KIDZUKIは、FUSHI HOUSE、木の研究、地域の素材、受け継がれてきた技術などを通して、牧野泰之の活動をたどっています。一見異なるこれらの活動を、木を活かしながら、木との関係の中で生き続けるための一つの探究として捉えています。

Kei Wakabayashi traces Yoshiyuki Makino’s exploration of wood, reflecting on the relationships between wood and people, and between skill and nature. He considers the intuition and skills developed through working with wood as ways of sensing the unseen information within the natural world, offering a different perspective on how we understand wood.
若林恵氏は、牧野泰之の木をめぐる探究をたどりながら、木と人、技術と自然の関係を読み解いています。木を扱う中で培われる「勘」や技術を、人が自然の見えない情報を感じ取るための回路として捉え、木と人との関係に新たな視点を提示しています。
